How does pricing scale with my email volume?
Each tier includes a base monthly email volume. Radar covers up to 500K, Brain up to 500K, Command up to 5M. If you exceed your tier, you can either bump to the next tier or stack a Volume Bump add-on at $15 per additional 1M emails. We notify you when you approach the limit — no hard cutoffs or service interruptions.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing saves 20% but is never required. Cancel any time.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
All paid plans, all features. If Brain doesn't deliver value in the first 30 days — for any reason — email us at help@inboxstack.com for a full refund. No forms, no exit interview.
Do you have an enterprise tier above Command?
If you're sending above 25M / month or need custom SLAs, on-prem hosting, or compliance attestations beyond our standard SOC 2 / GDPR posture, talk to our team. We price by infrastructure cost, not headcount.
Are seed tests rate-limited?
Each tier has a monthly allowance (Radar: 0, Brain: 20, Command: 100). Beyond that, pay-per-test at $0.50 each. Tests fire within 60 seconds and never queue.
