What services does Inbox Stack provide?
Inbox Stack provides monitoring and alerting for the following services:
- Google Postmaster Tool
- Microsoft SNDS (Smart Network Data Services)
- SenderScore
- DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance)
How do I enable Google Postmaster Tool monitoring on Inbox Stack?
- Click on "Google Postmaster Integration" on the dashboard.
- A new browser window will open; choose your Google Postmaster account.
- Click "Allow" to grant Inbox Stack permission to monitor your Postmaster tool.
- The integration process takes around 5 seconds to complete.
How do I integrate SNDS monitoring on Inbox Stack?
- Click on "SNDS Integration" on your dashboard.
- Copy and paste your SNDS automated URL from your SNDS account.
- Once verified, SNDS monitoring is successfully integrated.
How do I add SenderScore monitoring on Inbox Stack?
- SenderScore monitoring automatically picks up IPs from your Google Postmaster and SNDS accounts.
- Once either or both are integrated, your IPs will be automatically monitored on SenderScore.
How do I apply DMARC monitoring for my domains on Inbox Stack?
- Add the domain name to Inbox Stack.
- Choose the DMARC policy you want to apply (start with "NONE" if unsure).
- Generate the DMARC record and update your domain DNS with this record in TXT format.
- Click "Verify" once done. Inbox Stack will automatically check for verification every 15 minutes.
Why is my DMARC not getting verified even after DNS is updated?
- DNS propagation time can vary (1 minute to 24 hours) depending on your DNS provider.
- Inbox Stack checks for verification automatically every 15 minutes. If issues persist, please contact our support.
What is the pricing of Inbox Stack?
- Currently, Inbox Stack is free to use. We value your feedback and support to continually improve our services. Your input helps us serve you better.
